To have happiness is to be happy, and lately I have been feeling very happy, I’m just enjoying my self and taking advantage of every moment of the day.

Searching or waiting for happiness is not the way, since happiness is not a destination, it’s the way of living life.

When we are feeling happy on the inside, the “law of attraction” is matching  up the inside of us and bringing unlimited happiness to us.

For me, just waking up to the beautiful sound of the birds, enjoying the perfect weather even when is not so perfect, taking pictures, chasing my dogs and seeing them play, and being home with my very best friend makes me feel happy.

Tener felicidad, es ser feliz; y últimamente me he sentido muy feliz, he estado disfrutando de mi misma y aprovechando cada momento del día.

Buscar o esperar la felicidad, no es el camino, ya que la felicidad no es un destino, si no, una forma de vivir.

Cuando nos sentimos felices en nuestro interior “la ley de la atracción” está correspondiendo a nuestro interior y nos trae felicidad ilimitada.

Para mi, despertar con el hermoso canto de los pájaros, disfrutar del clima perfecto incluso cuando no es tan perfecto, tomar fotos, perseguir a mis perros y verlos jugar, y estar en casa con mi mejor amigo me hace sentirme feliz.

I can’t believed how fast this year has gone, it’s almost june; and you know what they say, “time flies when you are having fun”. Well I believe  is more than having fun, is being positive and aware of what we are attracting into our life with our thoughts and energy; so we can work to attract what we really want.

Being positive is an amazing and powerful thing, I love to be surrounded with positive people, is why I love being with David, I think he’s the most positive person that I know; and by the way being positive is contagious, is living your life with kindness and gratitude; so go and surround yourself with the energy you want; you will be surprised how fast it works and the amazing changes that you will feel and see in your life.

No puedo creer que rápido se ha ido este año, ya casi es junio, y ya saben lo que dicen “el tiempo vuela cuando te estas divirtiendo”.   Pero yo creo que es más que divertirse, creo que es ser positivo y estar consciente de lo que estamos atrayendo a nuestra vida con nuestros pensamientos y energía, para poder atraer lo que realmente queremos.

Ser positivo es algo maravilloso y muy poderoso, me encanta estar rodeada de personas positivas, es por eso que me encanta estar con David, creo que es la persona más positiva que conozco. Y por cierto ser positivo es contagioso, es vivir con compasión y gratitud; así que rodéate de personas que tienen la energía que tu quieres, y te sorprenderás de lo rápido que funciona y de los maravillosos cambios que sentirás y verás en tu vida.

I’m a person who gets inspired by nature, by looking around and seeing the beauty of the world, I love the perfect sunsets, how the light is coming down and everything turns color gold, I love the greatness of this mountains and the beauty of the desert, I love to dream and seeking for my purpose in life, I like being happy.

I don’t know if you heard, but this weekend was a rumor that the world was coming to the end... silly things right?

I believe that your life ends when you stop dreaming when you don’t feel or see the life around you, when you are not happy and you stop being grateful. 

Beautiful things can happen when we take responsibility for the level of control we really DO have on the world around us.

Soy una persona que se inspira con la naturaleza, al mirar a mi alrededor y ver la belleza del mundo, me encantan los atardeceres; como la luz baja y todo se ve color dorado, me encanta la grandeza de estas montañas y la belleza del desierto, me gusta soñar y buscar mi propósito en la vida, me gusta ser feliz.

No se si escucharon, pero este fin de semana había un rumor que sería el fin del mundo.... que cosas no?

Creo que tu vida acaba cuando dejas de soñar, cuando dejas de ver y sentir la vida a tu alrededor, cuando no eres feliz, y dejas de ser agradecido. 

Cosas hermosas pueden pasar cuando tomamos la responsabilidad del nivel de control que realmente tenemos sobre el mundo alrededor de nosotros.

A Night Out

On Wednesday we went out to celebrate David’s Birthday, and was the perfect excuse for me to get dressier. I believed that a LBD works for every occasion, I have a couple on my closet and I love them, you can always change the accessories and look completely different.

We went to this fabulous restaurant called “Orange Sky” is on the 15th floor of this beautiful hotel and casino in Scottsdale, where the view was perfect and we enjoyed a fabulous sunset between the clouds.

We enjoyed the company of our friends that joined us to celebrate. We had a great time, and I feel really lucky and bless to have this man on my side, and be part of his life.

El Miércoles salimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de David, fue la excusa perfecta para arreglarme. Usé un LBD (Little Black Dress) y creo que son perfectos para todo tipo de ocasiones, tengo unos cuantos en mi closet y me encantan, ya que siempre puedes cambiar los accesorios y verte completamente diferente.

Fuimos a un restaurante llamado “Orange Sky” está en el 15° piso de un hermoso hotel y casino en Scottsdale. La vista desde el restaurante es maravillosa y pudimos disfrutar de un fabuloso atardecer entre las nubes.

Disfrutamos mucho la velada en compañía de nuestros amigos que celebraron con nosotros, y la pasamos muy bien. Me siento muy afortunada y bendecida de tener a este hombre a mi lado y poder ser parte de su vida.

Feeling...

Today when I woke up I wanted to sit down and write  my post for today, but I was feeling and getting “writers block”... and I know that was my agreement, but, what is about that sometimes we are not connected? This early morning I felt like everything was blur around me, but now is more clear...

I started talking with David (my love) about how I was feeling, and his answer was, you need to reconnect!... And *Boom*!! that’s completely right, sometimes we need to meditate, connect with ourselves, with our spirit, just be alone!!

I needed to remind my self what I love and what I want, and just let it go and flow, just feel; to be reminded and grateful for all the blessings in life.

Esta mañana cuando desperté, mi intención era sentarme a escribir el post de hoy, pero  tenía y sentía  “bloqueo de escritor”... Y lo sé, ese era mi acuerdo, pero, ¿Cuál es la razón por la que a veces no estamos conectados?

Esta mañana sentía que todo estaba borroso y fuera de foco a mi alrededor, ahora todo esta más claro.

Comencé a platicar con David (mi amor) de lo que estaba sintiendo y su respuesta fue, tienes que reconectarte!... y *Boom*!! eso es totalmente cierto, hay veces que necesitamos meditar, conectarnos con nosotros mismos, con nuestro espíritu, simplemente estar solos!!

Necesitaba recordarme a mi misma, que es lo que amo, lo que quiero, y simplemente dejarlo ir y fluir, sentir, recordar y agradecer por todas las bendiciones en mi vida.

Mi mamá me hizo reír, me hizo llorar, me secó las lagrimas, me abrazó muy fuerte, celebró conmigo todos mis triunfos y cuando fallé ella estuvo ahí. Mi mamá es la prueba de Dios de que no estoy sola y que tendré una amiga para siempre.

Feliz Día de las Madres a todas las mamás especialmente a mi mamá.

African Cats

Yesterday, I went to see the Disney movie "African Cats"; this movie is just beautiful, is a movie that I recommended 100%. It's  just incredible to be able to see this part of the nature to which we aren't exposed. I had never thought on how the families of lions and cheetahs live, I knew some things about them, because I love animals, and  I like to see this type of stories, but I had never seen or felt the challenges which they face.

Simply It's a movie that demonstrates in every sense the Love of a mother, the determination, spirit, strength and astuteness.

It's a movie with a lot of emotional impact, because nature is real life, there are no scripts, you don't know what is going to happen and everything can change in one second.

If still you don't have plans for this weekend to celebrate Mother's Day, I recommend you to go and see this movie, it is the perfect movie to celebrate your mom, like I mentioned it's just about the love of a mother and her family.

El día de ayer fui a ver la película de Disney "Felinos de Africa" (African Cats) la película está hermosa, es una película que recomiendo 100% es increíble poder ver esa parte de la naturaleza a la que no estamos expuestos. Yo nunca me había puesto a pensar detenidamente como viven las familias de leones y chitas, sabía poco de ellos, porque siempre me han gustado los animales y me encanta ver este tipo de historias, pero nunca había visto o sentido los retos a los que se enfrentan.

Simplemente es una película que te demuestra en todos los sentidos el Amor de una madre, la determinación, espíritu,  fortaleza y astucia.

Es una película de alto impacto emocional, porque la naturaleza es vida real, no hay guiones, no sabes lo que va a pasar y todo puede cambiar en un segundo.

Si aún no tienes planes para este fin de semana para celebrar el Día de las Madres, les recomiendo que vayan a ver esta película; es la película perfecta para celebrar a mamá, como les mencioné es sobre el amor de una madre y su familia.

Best Friends

Argos and Mac

Have you ever realized that the word "Dog" spell backwards is "God". 

I think God is unconditional love and for me if someone in this world can demonstrate the meaning of  unconditional love are dogs.

My dogs Mac and Argos, are 3 years old Toy Poodles.

They call dogs man best friend and I really believe it; if you have had the opportunity to have a dog or to be near one you will be able to confirm that it is true.

They are faithful friends and companions, they don’t hold resentment; doesn't matter if one day I leave them alone almost the whole day, when I return they still demonstrate their love the same way, they are always wagging their tails, trying to lick me and jumping all over me; they are always there for me.

They are my best friends, simply I adore them, they make me feel happy with the simple fact of seeing them, they are sweet and affectionate and also very intelligent;  if one day I am not feeling well they will feel it and approach me to help me raise my spirit and change my energy.

Anyone that has had a Dog will be able to confirm what I’m saying.

If some day you feel sad, a little down, that things don’t go your way, simply hug your dog, if you do not have a dog you can always adopt one and you will be saving a life too; and if you do not have the possibilities of adopting a dog; look  for a neighbors, friends or family dog, or simply do what I have seen many people do, just go and hang out at the doggy park. You will realize that they are the best medicine.

Te has dado cuenta que la palabra Perro en inglés (Dog) escrita al revés es Dios (God).

Yo pienso que Dios es amor incondicional y para mi si alguien me ha demostrado que existe el amor incondicional son los perros.

Mac y Argos son Toy Poodles, acaban de cumplir 3 años.

A los perros les llaman el mejor amigo del hombre y yo así lo creo; si has tenido la oportunidad de tener un perro o estar cerca de alguno podrás darte cuenta que es verdad.

Son fieles amigos y compañeros no guardan resentimiento; no importa si  un día los dejo solos casi todo el día, siempre que regreso me siguen amando igual, me demuestran su amor de la misma manera, mueven su colita, me tratan de chupar y brincar por todos lados, siempre están ahí para mi.

Son mis grandes amigos, simplemente los adoro, me hacen sentir feliz con el simple hecho de verlos, son tiernos y cariñosos. Si un día estoy sin mucho ánimo ellos me lo levantan, son muy inteligentes, ellos sienten si estas triste y simplemente se acercan y hacen que cambie esa energía.

Cualquiera que haya tenido un perro podrá confirmar lo que les digo.

Si alguna vez te sientes triste, deprimido, que el mundo se te viene encima, simplemente acaricia a tu perro, si no tienes perro adopta a uno y al mismo tiempo estarás salvando una vida; si no tienes posibilidades de adoptar un perro, busca al perro de tu vecino, amigo o familiar, hay muchos perros por ahí; o puedes intentar algo que he visto hacer a mucha gente, puedes ir a pasar un rato al parque de perros, y te darás cuenta que son la mejor medicina.
